Can a Shih Tzu Be All White With Slightly Bluish Undertones at Ears?

He also has these undertones around eyes and mouth- it’s almost like the skin is pigmented, but not the hair. I found him, took him to vet, she says he’s prob pure shih tzu- I think he may be mixed w/poodle (doesn’t matter, I’m just curious) I had to get his hair cut off-it was so matted, but he seems to have curly hair- that’s why I think poodle.
oh! his hair was about 2 1/2 to 3 inches long!

Yes. I had one that was all white with the blackish gray undertones around the ears. He didn’t have any on his eyes though.
Shihs are lovely dogs. Very sweet, non-biting, non-shedding, easy to housebreak, quieter toy and everyone’s friend. I love them. They are one of the sweetest all around toy breeds. And they are the only small toy breed that I would consider "child-safe". You are blessed to have one. Enjoy him. Use a harness not a collar.

shih tzus can be any color or markings, so its possible. If the hair is curly tho, its more likely that he is mixed. Im sure he is cute, no matter if he’s pure or mixed!
