How Old Does a Miniature Shih Tzu Have to Be for Them to Be Able to Be Fixed?

I have three 9 month old miniature shih tzu’s and was wondering if they are old enough to get fixed? I have two females and one male.

Yes they are. BTW – shih-tzus only come in one size – there is no mini size.

Usually about 6 months old or later. I would recomend you ask your vet about it though just to be sure.

You can get them neutered or spayed at the age of 6 months. Sometimes earlier but I think the age is 6 months
